About Doctor
Dr. Abhirup Nayak is an Associate Consultant and a well known Interventional Pain Physician at Medica. After completing his Post Graduation in Anaesthesiology, he was trained in Onco-Anaesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Management at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai under the guidance of the stalwarts in the field. Thereafter he went on to pursue Fellowship in Pain Management at the prestigious ESI Institute of Pain Management, Sealdah, Kolkata and was trained under the supervision of world renowned Late Dr. Subrata Goswami. He further enhanced his knowledge in the field by participating in various State, National and International level conferences and has presented a few invited talks at such conferences. He is also passionate about teaching and is involved in various research initiatives at the institution and also National and International Multicentric research work.
